2.4 User acknowledges that any submissions may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted and displayed by NRB. In addition, User warrants that all moral rights in any uploaded materials have been waived.
3. Access and Availability of Service and Links
3.1 NRB Websites contain links to other related World Wide Web Internet sites, resources, and sponsors of NRB. 4. Representatives and Warranties
4.1 NRB does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information displayed, uploaded, or distributed through the Service by any User, information provider, or any other person or entity. User acknowledges that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum, or information shall be at User’s sole risk. NRB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to correct any errors or omissions in any portion of the Websites.
The Websites and all downloadable software are distributed on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. For each visitor to this Website, NRB’s web server automatically recognizes only the consumer’s domain name, operating system, and web browser version, but no other personal information.
Throughout this Website, we do ask Users to voluntarily supply information to NRB. The information NRB collects is used to improve the content of this Website, used to notify consumers about updates to this Website, and used by NRB to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If Users supply NRB with contact details, they may receive periodic mailings from NRB with information on new products and services or upcoming events. All electronic communication will have a safe unsubscribe option included within the communication. For removal or change of postal address and other contact details, Users may also update their preferences by going here. In addition, Users may communicate via e-mail on any of these matters by sending an email to email@example.com.
If Users register for or inquire about an NRB Convention or meeting, they may receive periodic mailings from approved third-party participants in those events. NRB manages all access to Users’ contact information and at no time is information sold to a third party. Users may at anytime request removal from third-party mailings via the particular event registration form or by going here.
**What Are Cookies?
6.1 Email. On occasion, NRB will share email addresses on a restricted basis with NRB contractors fulfilling NRB obligations, as well as provide email addresses to NRB Convention exhibitors. Many attendees come to NRB Conventions because of the valuable networking experience, which includes making known to exhibitors information about their ministries, their services, and their products. For that reason, you may see the benefit in NRB providing your email address to exhibitors and sponsors. If you agree, you don’t need to do anything more. If you choose not to have your email address distributed, however, you must check the appropriate box.
NRB may contact Users by email to confirm purchases from the NRB Store, enrollment to services, or to check the accuracy of the information they provide. NRB may also send them notices about special offers, new products, services, promotions, and other similar information.
