Students & faculty
Students and faculty members (and their spouses) from iNRB member schools and individual student members of NRB are eligible to register for a complimentary Full registration. In the online convention registration process, the rate will automatically be adjusted to reflect the discounted iNRB Member Student and Faculty rates.
Non-member students and faculty of accredited universities offering communications, broadcasting, or media programs can register for a Full registration for only $100. To receive this rate, you must provide proof of full-time enrollment or employment. Please email registration@nrb.org or call 202-849-8444 to make this request.

Members of the press
The NRB International Christian Media Convention invites working members of the press to cover the NRB Convention. Media accreditation is reserved for working members of the press only, including editors, reporters, producers, camera crews, still photographers and industry analysts. For more information click here.
International registrants
All International Registrants receive a special $200 registration rate for the convention. Those with NRB membership can register through the registration portal. Any international non-member will need to email to get the reduced rate at registration@nrb.org.
If you are traveling from outside the United States and a visa is necessary for your travel, visa information is available from the U.S. State Department, Bureau of Consular Affairs.
If you need a letter from NRB to assist you in the visa process, please email registration@nrb.org or call 202-543-0073. You will be allowed to register early so you can begin this process. Your invoice must be paid in full before a visa letter of invitation can be issued.

TV Showcase & Pitch-a-thon information
TV Showcase
The NRB TV Showcase is a great opportunity for TV Producers to showcase a two-minute trailer for your projects that are ready for broadcast or online platforms. This exclusive screening will be attended by executives from Christian Networks, Online Programmers, National Distributors, and Local Television Stations actively seeking original content for broadcast and streaming platforms worldwide!
To submit your project and take advantage of early bird prices plus read about our new categories, go to the NRB TV Showcase portal via FilmFreeway. The submission deadline is December 1, 2027, and selections will be announced in December.
If your project is selected, and you’d like to make a “pitch” in-person at NRB 2027 on Tuesday, February 23, 2027, you will need to purchase either a Full Conference Registration or Tuesday-Only Registration to attend the TV Showcase.
Pitch-a-thon
The NRB 2027 Pitch-a-thon is where you need to be if you have a film, TV show, documentary, video project, screenplay, or book-to-movie project! You will sign up in advance to select at least two distributors or producers you feel are best for your project, and you’ll get five minutes one-on-one to pitch your project to each one. At NRB 2026, there were 32 distributors and producers participating to include Angel Studios, Kingdom Story Company, Great American Pure Flix, Pinnacle Peak, Twin Engines/BMG Global, and Vision Video. Finished films and TV shows are the most sought-after by distributors, but some seek projects to develop too.
A full registration, Wednesday-Only, or Thursday-Only registration will allow you access to the Pitch-a-thon. There is no additional cost to pitch, but you must sign up in advance and select the distributors you wish to pitch to. During the convention registration process, select the ‘Pitch-a-thon Notification’ to be notified when the sign-up begins. It opens approximately one month prior to the convention once the distributors are confirmed.

Registration cancellation & transfer policy
Through November 21: Full Refund
November 22 – January 16: Full Registration may be refunded minus a $75 administrative fee; No refund for Expo Only.
January 17 – Convention: No refunds or registration type downgrades (Registration type downgrades are considered cancellations.) Meal tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else.
All registration types can be transferred to another person if requested by February 6.

If the Cancellation of NRB 2027 is necessary due to circumstances beyond NRB’s reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, acts of domestic terrorism, strikes or similar circumstances, civil disorder in the location where the event is held, government regulations (including Covid-19 or similar restrictions), or curtailment of transportation facilities that make it illegal or impossible to provide or use the Hotel facilities, then NRB will apply registration fees to the 2028 Convention to be held in Grapevine, TX.
