We are excited to be just outside of Washington, DC for NRB 2027! All convention events will be held in the beautiful Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center.
Convention registration for NRB 2027 is open. You will receive the link to reserve your hotel room in your convention registration confirmation.
All NRB 2027 events will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center located just outside of Washington, D.C. Discounted hotel rooms are being held by NRB and can be accessed with information found on your convention registration confirmation.
Warning
As you plan for NRB 2027, we want you to be aware that unauthorized outside agencies have attempted to contact our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors to offer assistance with hotel room reservations. Please do not make your hotel reservation through any outside organization or service. Many of these are pure scams and in the past people have been charged significant amounts of money and had no reservations. Others make false claims about our prices, availability, etc. Please be advised that such outside agencies do not represent NRB or the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, in any manner. Make your lodging reservations directly through the link provided by NRB. If you want to stay at another hotel, we urge you to make your reservations only through the hotel chain’s own website. (Hilton, Hyatt, etc.).

Lodging suites
Upgrade your stay with a lodging suite featuring a parlor area with adjoining bedroom within the lodging area of the hotel. When the convenience of a location near the convention activity is not an issue and you need a more intimate setting, a lodging suite might be the right fit for you. These furnished private parlors can be used to hold meetings, display products, host small screenings, entertain clients, conduct interviews, etc.
Requests for lodging suites must be made through NRB by completing the form below. To reserve a suite, there is a fee payable to NRB.
Price
The fee to NRB for the ability to request a lodging suite can be seen below and is based on your level of membership. You will also be responsible for the nightly room rate of your selected suite for the total nights reserved.
Full Company Member – $2,100
Associate Company Member – $2,550
Non-Member – $3,000
Terms
The nightly rate for the lodging suite of your choice will be paid directly to NRB for the number of nights it is reserved.
In additional to the nightly rate, there is a fee to NRB for the use of this space.
Furniture cannot be removed from these rooms.
Food and beverage must be purchased through the hotel.
