Hospitality lounge
These are private spaces that can be used for meetings, to display product, to host small screenings, to entertain clients, to conduct interviews, etc. It is a meeting room in the convention center portion of the hotel. The size of these rooms range from about 600 square feet up to 1800 square feet. All rooms (regardless of size) are the same price.
Time & Pricing
Time: Most spaces are held from Monday, Feb. 22, 8:00 a.m. to Friday, Feb. 26, 5:00 p.m.
Pricing:
- Full Company Member – $5,950
- Associate Company Member – $7,225
- Non-Member – $8,500
Event Space
These are meeting rooms in the convention center portion of the hotel. They can be reserved for one-time events such as a breakfast, lunch, dinner, reception, board meeting, interview, screening, etc. in private space. They come in a variety of sizes and styles, from ballrooms to smaller meeting rooms. Pricing varies based on the size of the room, the day, and your company membership status.

Content Production space
These are semi-private interview spaces in a large ballroom space that are designed for radio, podcasters, and television broadcasters. There will be radio/podcast spaces with a small table and 2-4 chairs and larger TV spaces with a furniture grouping as well.
Time & Pricing
Time:
- Tuesday, Feb. 23, through Thursday, Feb. 25, 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 26, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Pricing:
- $30 per 45-minute block of time for Radio/Podcast spaces.
- $45 per 45-minute block of time for TV spaces.
Terms
These fees are due at the time of booking. The booking fee is non-refundable. There is no limit to how many booking slots you may reserve. The person booking the space must be registered for NRB 2027. Everyone entering this space must be registered to attend NRB 2027 and must have their badge visible.
club 44
This room offers semi-private spaces for networking, meetings, checking emails, taking calls, or taking a break. Club 44 members may bring up to three registered NRB 2027 guests at a time, who must have their badges to enter. Light snacks and beverages are provided. A laptop with internet connection and printer will be available.

Time: Club 44 will be open during the following times:
- Tuesday, Feb. 23 to Thursday, Feb. 26, 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 26, 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

- With a Full Registration – $400
- With an Expo Only Registration – $600
- With a Single Day Registration – $600
Terms
A Club 44 membership can be purchased during the convention registration process. The cost of a Club 44 membership is based on your type of convention registration. These spaces are intended to be for small meetings or personal work and are not intended to be interview spaces. You must greet your guests when they arrive, and escort them into Club 44. Spaces cannot be reserved and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Everyone entering this space must be registered to attend NRB 2027 and must have their badge visible.
