Reach Beyond/International Day for the Unreached
More than two billion people in some 6,000 people groups around the world have never heard the name of Jesus Christ. Each day, more than 70,000 of these enter eternity without ever hearing the Gospel.
This year, the second annual “International Day for the Unreached” (dayfortheunreached.org), sponsored by a coalition of evangelistic ministries, is set for June 4, Pentecost Sunday. At this press conference, partnering agencies and media partners will give an update on efforts to inspire and mobilize North American Christians to reach non-Christians around the world, aiming for an even more successful initiative in 2017.

Freedom to Pray is a group being run by FreeConferenceCall.com In a nut-shell, T-Mobile is charging its customers to participate in what are supposed to be free calls to prayer lines. Freedom to Pray is trying to raise awareness that this is happening because it affects ALL prayer lines.

This translation is another step in reaching the un-reached people groups as part of Jesus Film Project’s Mission 865.
JESUS has been viewed by billions of people around the world since its release in 1979. More than 200 million people have made decisions to accept Christ as their savior as a result of watching the film.

Cosmo Hurts Kids
At this press conference, Victoria Hearst, Founder of Praise Him Ministries, will about talk about the campaign, why she is doing it, and the plan of action. Liberty University Research Professor Dr. Judith Reisman – a former consultant to four U.S. Department of Justice administrations, the U.S. Department of Education, as well as the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – will also be present to talk about the harm of porn on children. Hearst is the granddaughter of William Randolph Hearst, who founded the Hearst Corporation, which publishes Cosmopolitan Magazine, also known as Cosmo.

Ratio Christi Campus Apologetics Alliance
Ratio Christi Campus Apologetics Alliance (“RC”) has more than 170 college chapters and 30 high school clubs offering training in historical, scientific, and philosophical reasons for following Jesus Christ, evidence for the Word of God as Truth, and how to present this evidence with respect and dignity.
Our students and leaders discuss the validity of Christianity on a weekly basis while inviting atheists, skeptics, and people of other religions into friendly dialogues and campus-wide events.
At this press conference, RC will be announcing the debut of the RC-TV streaming and satellite broadcast Truth Matters. Truth Matters is now LIVE each Monday at 7 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. CT / 4 p.m. PT and can be viewed on the Trinity Channel or through Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, as well as through satellite on four different continents. RC wants to share what our members learn with a larger population. The 90-minute shows deal with issues and topics that can be addressed through an apologetics lens while hosting various guests in half-hour segments. Airings will be available for later listening at YouTube and in podcasts.
