The NRB Communications Department will have a fully staffed Newsroom during the NRB 2012 Convention and Exposition, available to officially registered news personnel.

How is the NRB Media Center of value to me?

 

I am a registered member of the press. 

  • Media Interview Rooms
    You are eligible to receive FREE use of Media Center's Press Interview Rooms, for up to two hours per day, on a first come, first served basis. We highly recommend that you register ahead of time to book interview space.
  • Scheduled Press Conferences
    Official NRB Press Conferences, featuring NRB Members, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Musicians and other special guests, will be held Saturday, February 18th – Tuesday, February 21st. The schedule of pre-arranged press conferences will be available in the Newsroom during NRB 2012.

As an NRB Member, Exhibitor, Sponsor, Speaker or Musician?

 

You are eligible to hold a free, 30-minute press conference but must register in advance. If you have requested to hold a press conference at NRB 2012, you will receive a preliminary list of pre-registered media in mid-January, and the final list of registered media in late January, to aid your own promotional needs.

As a registered convention attendee or representing a registered organization?


The list of media who are pre-registered for NRB 2012 will be available to you in mid-January, with a final list available at the end of January.  You or your organization must already be registered to attend NRB 2012 Convention & Exposition.  Your registration will be verified by the Convention Registrar.

Please note that NRB members, Exhibitors, Sponsors or Musicians are eligible to distribute press materials in the NRB Newsroom, at the discretion of NRB. Distribution of material is prohibited outside of the press area, and NRB reserves the right to revoke the privileges of anyone violating the established restrictions.
