NRB members elect a Board of Directors and officers for the association. The officers, along with five members-at-large elected from the Board of Directors, form an Executive Committee, which leads the association.

NRB standing committees are established to advance the overall mission of the NRB and to serve the unique interests of specific constituencies within the NRB family.
